Liv Crosby: The Body Knows

For Liv Crosby, the body has always been more than something you see on camera.

It’s an instrument, a storyteller—and, when cared for intentionally, a pathway to healing.

Long before Olivia “Liv” Crosby stepped onto sets like Cobra Kai, Dynasty and All the Queen’s Men, she was learning to understand the body through movement.

Crosby earned her degree in Dance Performance from

Towson University, where studying anatomy, physiology and injury prevention sparked an interest that would eventually lead her from dance into wellness.

She attended the Baltimore School of Massage, became nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork, and built a career encompassing deep tissue and sports massage, prenatal work, cupping, lymphatic drainage and Reiki. At the center of it all is Crosby’s belief in treating the mind, body and spirit as connected.

But the wellness practitioner eventually had to take some of her own advice.

After years of demanding schedules—including periods when she says she worked nearly every day and serviced celebrity clients late into the night—Crosby realized that caring for everyone else was compromising her own holistic well-being. She restructured her life and business around something far more valuable: balance.

And then there’s Hollywood.

As an actress and stunt performer, Crosby has appeared in Cobra Kai, Dynasty, Robot Apocalypse and All the Queen’s Men, where she also worked as a stunt double.

On the surface, acting and wellness might look like two different careers.

For Crosby, they’re connected by the thing she has spent her life studying:

the body.

She’s learned how to move it, heal it, protect it—and use it to tell a story.

Liv Crosby isn’t choosing between wellness and entertainment. She’s creating a life where both get to breathe.
